My story
I'm Shiyun Hu. I've spent my career helping people make big cross-border moves — first talent relocating to Europe, then property owners selling from abroad. Vietnam kept coming up: clients asking whether their savings would buy a better life in Da Nang than a studio at home.
The honest answer needed real numbers, not vibes. That's why this site leads with a calculator instead of a brochure: see your budget first, then decide if the conversation is worth having.
How I work
Every engagement starts with the numbers: your realistic monthly budget in your target city and, if you want to buy, conservative purchase and yield estimates. If Vietnam doesn't beat your alternatives, I'll tell you.
If you go ahead, I coordinate the process end-to-end with licensed local partners: shortlisting projects that accept foreign buyers, document and contract checks, payment flow and — if you're moving — the visa and landing logistics.
