- □For families, confirm school availability and total fees directly.
- □Arrange international health cover and identify emergency care.
Days 30–1 · close dependencies
- □Recheck entry permission and work/residence sequence.
- □Confirm flights, airport plan, temporary address and first-week transport.
- □Prepare secure digital and paper document sets.
- □Notify banks, insurers and employers without closing useful European access too early.
- □Book the first 14 days of appointments and realistic rest time.
Days 1–30 in Vietnam · test before committing
- □Test work and school commutes at peak times.
- □Set up local connectivity, banking steps and emergency contacts.
- □Inspect long-term homes for noise, management, flood exposure, internet and contract terms.
- □Join one professional and one social community.
- □Review the plan after 30 days before buying property or signing a long lease.
