About Shiyun & the approach
Can a European move to Vietnam permanently?

Vietnam does not offer a simple general permanent-move visa. Most long-term residents use an employer-sponsored work route, an investment or family basis, or another qualifying residence route.

Can foreigners buy property in Vietnam?

Foreigners can buy eligible homes in qualifying commercial projects within statutory quotas. Buying property does not itself grant residence or work rights.

Is Vietnam a good place to work?

It can be strong for specialists, internal transferees, founders and internationally paid professionals. Local-market salaries are much lower than European salaries, so the whole package matters.
